Summary:As a Data Strategist, you will develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy and architecture aimed at enhancing the management, governance, and security of information. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the organization has a unified source of truth for all data, enabling effective decision-making and driving operational efficiency. You will engage in discussions to translate complex data into actionable insights, ultimately contributing to the organization's competitive advantage in the market.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data strategies and make necessary adjustments. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Python (Programming Language), Microsoft Azure Data Services, PySpark.- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.- Experience in designing and implementing data architecture solutions.- Proficient in data modeling and database design principles.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
