Data Scientist

Job Summary:

Data Scientists at all levels

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to uncover insights and trends.
Build, train, and deploy
machine learning and deep learning models
for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Develop algorithms for
resume parsing, talent matching, recommendation engines
, and intelligent search systems.
Design and implement
data pipelines
for ETL and real-time data processing.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven features into production.
Build
dashboards, reports, and visualization tools
for internal and client-facing insights.
Monitor and optimize model performance for scalability, accuracy, and speed.
Stay updated with the latest
data science and AI technologies
to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

For Freshers (0-1 Year):

Bachelor’s degree in
Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
.
Strong knowledge of
Python
and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
Basic understanding of
machine learning algorithms
(linear regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
Familiarity with
SQL
and basic data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a learning mindset.

For Mid-Level (2-5 Years):

Hands-on experience in building
ML models
using libraries like
scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
.
Experience with
data cleaning, feature engineering, and pipeline development
.
Knowledge of
MLOps frameworks
, API integration, and deployment tools.
Strong skills in
SQL, NoSQL databases
, and
data wrangling
.
Experience in working with
cloud environments
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).

For Senior Professionals (5+ Years):

Proven expertise in
scaling machine learning and AI solutions
for large datasets.
Deep knowledge of
NLP, deep learning, recommendation systems, and big data platforms
.
Experience in leading
data science teams
and managing end-to-end model lifecycles.
Strong skills in
distributed computing, Spark, Databricks, or Hadoop
.
Ability to
mentor junior data scientists
and contribute to strategic planning for data-driven products.

Salary Range:
