Job Description

Experience:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy predictive models for financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales Ops, and IT teams to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
Design & implement ML algorithms for financial risk assessment and scenario planning.
Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI/Tableau) to communicate insights.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with regulations.
Contribute to automation tools and advanced data products for finance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5 years of proven experience in Data Science (finance/insurance domain preferred).
Bachelors/Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
Strong hands-on skills with Python, R, SQL; cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, MapReduce) preferred.
Skilled in Power BI/Tableau; strong statistical modeling and ML background.
Excellent communication and business acumen with problem-solving mindset.
Exposure to AI/Generative AI models will be an advantage.
