You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy for critical backend and platform capabilities, working closely with dedicated engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap

  and backlog for the Data Platform team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

• Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle

  , from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch analysis.

• Lead the Data Platform team

  to develop and optimize real-time and long-term data models. This data will power:
• User personalization models
• Personalization products
• Business-as-usual (BAU) billing processes
• Comprehensive analytics reporting

• Guide the UGP & Channels team

  in building and enhancing our in-house Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. This platform will enable:
• Personalized and non-personalized push notifications
• Engaging in-app notifications

• Translate complex technical concepts

  into clear, concise product requirements and user stories.

• Collaborate cross-functionally

  with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.

• Conduct market research

  , competitive analysis, and user feedback sessions to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  for your products, regularly reporting on their impact and identifying areas for improvement.

• Champion a data-driven approach

  to product development, leveraging insights to prioritize features and optimize user experiences.

What You'll Bring

• 3-5 years of experience

  in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.

• Strong understanding of data platforms

  , data modelling, and analytics. Experience with real-time data processing is a significant plus.

• Experience with technical products

  and a comfort level engaging in technical discussions with engineering teams.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
