Job Title Data Product Manager Experience Level 12+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of data-driven products. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data platforms, analytics, and AI-driven solutions , ensuring business needs are effectively translated into innovative data products. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge, and a results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the data product roadmap , ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to develop scalable data products. Drive data strategy by identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and advanced analytics integration. Manage the entire lifecycle of data products, from inception to execution, ensuring continuous improvement. Leverage AI/ML models to optimize product offerings and enhance decision-making. Ensure data governance, compliance, and security across all data-related initiatives. Monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success and drive improvements. Advocate for best practices in data management, architecture, and visualization. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments related to data and analytics. Lead stakeholder discussions, effectively communicating technical concepts in business-friendly language. Required Skills and Expertise Strong knowledge of data platforms, big data technologies, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL pipelines for data management and transformation. Proven expertise in product lifecycle management , including agile methodologies. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data visualization techniques. Understanding of AI/ML concepts , predictive analytics, and data monetization strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities. Educational Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Certifications in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud technologies are a plus. Additional Requirements Proven track record of managing data-driven products with high impact. Ability to drive innovation in data infrastructure and AI-powered solutions. Strong ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.
