As a Data Product Manager for the Beauty Tech division at L'Oral, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of data-driven decisions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal data and analytics tools, as well as machine learning product capabilities. By acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and data engineering, data science, and design teams, you will bring cutting-edge data products to life. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around defining and championing the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for data analytics products and use cases of various complexities. This involves everything from creating Dashboards and Reports to developing complex data products that incorporate machine learning and Generative AI. You will work closely with stakeholders across different business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating user needs into detailed product specifications. Throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, you will oversee the development and execution process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products. This will require close collaboration with data engineering, design, and QA teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the current data platform for consistency in performance and ensuring necessary updates and compliance on a day-to-day basis. Stakeholder management will be a critical aspect of your role, as you will need to communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and strategic decisions to key stakeholders. Building strong cross-functional relationships will be essential in fostering collaboration and driving the success of the product. Leveraging data analysis, you will track product performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should be a highly driven and technically proficient program/delivery manager with proven experience in product management. Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work in a cross-functional environment, and exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be necessary for managing key stakeholders, vendors, and partners in both business and IT. A proactive attitude with a focus on operational excellence and agility will help you navigate the challenges of the role effectively. Additionally, having a solid understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and applications within the GCP AI/ML ecosystem will be beneficial. Travel may be required based on business needs. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, statistics, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. You should have 8+ years of product management experience focused on data analytics, business intelligence, or machine learning products, along with a proven track record of launching and managing data-driven products within cloud environments, specifically GCP. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with experience in Agile development methodologies and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry.,
