Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Entry

    : Entering information from various sources (such as forms, surveys, or databases) into the appropriate digital systems accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Data Verification & Validation

    : Checking entered data for errors, inconsistencies, or omissions. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data before it's finalized.
  • Data Processing

    : Handling large volumes of data processing tasks such as sorting, coding, and indexing data for easy retrieval and analysis.
  • Data Organization

    : Organizing and categorizing data in both digital and physical formats. Ensuring data is stored efficiently and is easily accessible to other teams.
  • Document Management

    : Managing files, including scanning, sorting, and archiving physical documents to be digitized or stored.
  • Reporting

    : Generating and providing routine reports based on processed data. Summarizing data for analysis and presentation by other teams or management.
  • Data Cleaning

    : Identifying outdated or irrelevant data and performing regular clean-up to ensure the database remains accurate and relevant.
  • Collaboration

    : Working closely with other team members, departments, or management to understand data needs and process requirements.
  • Quality Control

    : Reviewing documents, forms, or data for any discrepancies and ensuring data input is in compliance with company standards.
  • Adherence to Deadlines

    : Ensuring that all data processing tasks are completed within the required timeframes to support operational or reporting deadlines.
