About The Role

Data Operations Lead

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team managing data collection, validation, enrichment, and delivery.
• Define and monitor data quality metrics; resolve discrepancies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering to scale data pipelines and automate workflows.
• Align data operations with Product and Business goals to support strategic initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships for external data sources and enrichment platforms.
• Promote automation using SQL, Python, and BI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–12 years in data operations/analytics, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong grasp of data governance, ETL, and quality control frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms.
• Exposure to scripting and automation (Python preferred).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS, B2B data, or lead intelligence platforms.
• Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations.
• Ability to thrive in cross-functional and global teams.
