With over 85% of its business in exports and distributors across six continents, the company serves leading brands in the Adhesives, Surface Coatings, Paints, and Rubber industries. P&P is now expanding its manufacturing base at Dahej, with a new 15,000 sq. m. facility to enhance existing product lines and introduce new polymer solutions for global markets.

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Management Executive (DME) who will play a key role in managing and analyzing operational and business data to support management decisions. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and preferably experience in Google Looker Studio or similar BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources (ERP, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review

· Create and automate dashboards using Advanced Excel and Looker Studio

· Design and maintain data templates and analytical models to monitor business KPIs

· Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all reported data

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs

· Present insights and trends through visual data presentations and summaries

Required Skills

· Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

· Proficiency in Google Sheets and Looker Studio (preferred)

· Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to handle large data sets efficiently

· Good communication and time-management skills

· Familiarity with Power BI or SQL will be an advantage

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

· 2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting roles

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
