About the Role We are seeking a Data Management Executive (DME) who will play a key role in managing and analyzing operational and business data to support management decisions. The ideal candidate must have strong skills in Advanced Excel and preferably experience in Google Looker Studio or similar BI tools. About the Role We are seeking an Accounts & Stores Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, maintain financial and inventory records, ensure compliance, and manage coordination between internal departments, suppliers, and service providers. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, ERP systems, and inventory management, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities · Coordinate daily plant and administrative operations. · Maintain operational and compliance records as per company and statutory requirements. · Manage attendance records for staff and third-party service providers (security, housekeeping, etc.). · Coordinate with transporters and arrange logistics and transportation as per dispatch schedules. · Manage ancillary service providers and ensure timely availability of support services. · Maintain and monitor inventory of raw materials, packing materials, consumables, stationery, staff gear, and engineering spares. · Handle inward and outward material records, gate passes, and ensure proper documentation. · Maintain petty cash records and support payment summary preparation for vendors. · Record and reconcile purchase invoices, goods receipt, and issue transactions in Tally/ERP. · Liaise with suppliers, local authorities, and logistics partners for smooth day-to-day operations. · Prepare periodic MIS reports for management review on material movement, cash flow, and compliance.
