Role Description

• Lead the identification and management of 

  critical data elements

   across SAP Master Data (Finance, Supplier, Customer).
• Define and implement 

  data governance frameworks

  , including policies, standards, and controls to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Drive 

  data cataloging and lineage mapping

   for transparency across SAP data assets.
• Conduct 

  data quality assessments

   and oversee resolution of data issues.
• Facilitate 

  data governance forums, domain councils, and change boards

  .
• Manage documentation including data models, process flows, governance policies, and stewardship responsibilities.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management, and Business units to support best practices and the 

  ECC to S/4HANA MDG migration

  .
• Promote awareness through 

  training and data governance programs

  .
• Report key metrics to senior leadership and contribute to strategic data initiatives under the Finance CDO vertical.

Qualifications

Key Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in 

  SAP ERP

  , including 

  Vendor, Customer, GL Accounts, Cost Centers, Profit Centers

  .
• Strong understanding of 

  data governance concepts

  : data ownership, lineage, metadata, data quality, policies, and compliance.
• Experience with 

  S/4HANA Greenfield

   implementation and data migration strategies.
• Working knowledge of 

  SAP peripheral systems

   and their downstream impacts.

Key Non-Technical/Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation initiatives across geographies.
• Strong 

  stakeholder management

   and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Skilled in 

  project management, communication, critical thinking, storytelling
