Job Title: Data Center Architect - Cloud & Networking Location: Gurgaon, India Experience: 5 - 15 Years About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Architect with a strong focus on Cloud Infrastructure and advanced networking technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge data center solutions that support critical business operations. Key Responsibilities: Data Center Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient data center architectures, including server, storage, and network infrastructure. Expertise in modern data center topologies such as Spine-Leaf architectures. Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). Cloud Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions. Experience with cloud migration strategies and hybrid cloud environments. Networking: Extensive knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, OSI Layers). Hands-on experience with advanced IP/MPLS technologies. Experience with Network Service Providers (NSPs) and Network Management Systems (NMS). Automation & Orchestration: Experience with automation and orchestration tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform). Security: In-depth understanding of data center security best practices and technologies. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Optimize network performance and resource utilization. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, security, application development). Documentation: Document and maintain detailed design specifications, operational procedures, and network diagrams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in data center architecture, design, and implementation. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, TCP/IP, OSI Layers). Hands-on experience with advanced IP/MPLS technologies. Experience with Network Service Providers (NSPs) and Network Management Systems (NMS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with SDN (Software-Defined Networking) technologies. Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
