We are now seeking a Data & Insights Analyst to strengthen our analytics, visualization, and reporting capabilities across both verticals.

🎯The Role

As our central analytics and visualization specialist, you will:

On the EdTech Platform:

• Track & analyze student learning, engagement, assessments, and career outcomes.
• Build dashboards and analytics tools in collaboration with our UI/UX design team to deliver insights directly to students, faculty, and institutional partners.
• Generate data-driven insights to support platform innovation, impact measurement, and partner reporting.

On Consulting & Advisory Projects:

• Deliver market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and student recruitment funnel analytics.
• Develop agent performance dashboards, ROI models, and regional strategy insights.
• Create professional Word & PowerPoint reports with embedded charts, infographics, and executive summaries.

Translate complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations for universities, governments, and industry partners.

What We’re Looking For

Strong skills in data analytics & visualization tools: Excel (advanced), SQL, Python/R (pandas, matplotlib), Power BI / Tableau.

• Proven ability to design and embed compelling visuals in Word & PPT reports for client-facing deliverables.
• Experience in International Higher Education sector preferred.
• Familiarity with student recruitment, employability data, rankings, and global mobility trends.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to convert data into strategy.
• Collaborative mindset to work with UI/UX designers and the wider product/consulting teams.
