We are looking for Senior Analysts who can work with global finance team to understand their complex reporting process, underlying needs, map them into model and help them in their transformation journey.

In this role, you will provide delivery advice (Blueprint, configuration, programming or workflow) and ensure technical integrity of the delivered solution. You'll help the business stay compliant, manage costs, and save time.

We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with business partners or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a business blueprint. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelising about your solution and communicate with confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Implementation.

  Functional owner of Finance Data Layer and the face of Data Analytics team.

• Requirements.

  Conducts data exploration workshop and is responsible for creating Business Blueprint/rules that captures manual process and automate them.

• Relationships.

  Responsible to guide system set up team and technical team. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders from different geographies and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately.

• Measurement.

  Responsible to provide solution to business partner requirements when the requirement is beyond standard template. Responsible to decide client data transition and testing strategy. Plays key role in the success of the transformation process

• Variety of work.

  There is no typical day. You could be working with global finance teams on data exploration and validation to delivering new model, collaborating with business teams on the change management planning or engaging with technical teams in deciding the optimal solutions for them. Best part? You'll get to see all your ideas come to life.

• Presentations.

  You'll speak to internal stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

A university degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the attitude to do the job.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Knowledge of SQL is a must
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Inclusive team player to be able to understand different point of view and manage conflict in client organization.
• Work collaboratively with teams spread across geography.
• Ability to take ownership and pressure.
• Understanding of tools and technology.
