Role Title: Data Analyst
Role Expectations
Build and automate robust data pipelines using Python and pandas Manage, analyse, and visualize data leveraging AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, etc.) Create dashboards and insightful visualizations using tools like AWS QuickSight and othervisualization tools Develop and maintain internal tools and dashboards using Python frameworks (preferably Django or Dash) Write advanced SQL queries and create reports, alongside utilizing advanced Excelfunctionalities Design and deliver actionable business insights through analytics and visualization tools Collaborate with business, marketing, and tech teams to support data-driven decision - making Operate and automate tasks efficiently in Linux environments

Role Specifications
Strong hands-on skills in Python (especially for automation; pandas required) Advanced SQL expertise (Redshift or major RDBMS) and proficiency in Excel Experience with AWS cloud services for data workflows Proficiency in creating dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as AWSQuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Comfort working in Linux environments (bash, cron jobs, scripting, etc.) Familiarity with Django or willingness to learn quickly Experience building data visualizations and using tools such as AWS QuickSight, Power BI,or Tableau Demonstrated ability to build full data pipelines from scratch, including deployment Excellent logic, problem-solving, and communication skills Previous experience in e-commerce, D2C, or retail analytics is a plus
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or a
related field
- Post Graduation Diploma in Data Science or equivalent in Python preferred
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner is preferred
Experience Required
2–5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, automation, or a similar role Prior experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments such as e-commerce,D2C, or retail analytics preferred. Tool Expected: AWS, Linux, Python including Pandas, MySQL, AWS Redshift, Django, Process automation and any BI tool.
