This role requires advanced knowledge of Excel (Macros), Google Sheets, and scripting (App Script/JavaScript) to streamline reporting processes, maintain dashboards, and provide actionable insights for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources. Build and automate dashboards and reports in Excel and Google Sheets. Write and optimize Google App Scripts/JavaScript for reporting automation. Apply advanced Excel formulas and logic, including: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, COUNTIF, SUMIF Nested formulas and array-based calculations Ensure data accuracy through regular audits and quality checks. Collaborate with teams to identify reporting needs and develop efficient solutions. Provide senior management with ad hoc analysis for strategic decisions. Handle confidential and business-critical information with discretion. Required Technical Skills: Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query, Nested Functions. Google Sheets: Strong expertise with App Script integration. Scripting: Proficiency in Google App Script/JavaScript for process automation. Data Visualization: Ability to create meaningful dashboards. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs, Drive, Gmail). Preferred Certifications: Typing Certification (Lower/Higher in English). Training in MIS Reporting, Scripting, or Data Analytics. Experience in a similar role preferred. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability. Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines. Selection Criteria: Expertise in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH. Demonstrated ability to automate Google Sheets workflows. Advanced Excel capabilities, including nested logic and multi-criteria formulas. Data consolidation and business trend interpretation. Experience building dynamic, executive-level dashboards.
