Data Analyst

Key Roles & Responsibilities 🔹 Data Collection & Management Gather, clean, and organize structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.). Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Maintain and update data systems and databases. 🔹 Data Analysis & Reporting Use statistical techniques and analytical tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to analyze datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can influence strategic decisions. Develop dashboards and visualization reports for management and stakeholders. 🔹 Business Insights & Decision Support Translate data findings into actionable business insights. Support cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, HR, etc.) with data-driven recommendations. Monitor business KPIs and track performance metrics. 🔹 Problem Solving & Strategy Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required. Provide forecasting and predictive insights using statistical models. 🔹 Compliance & Data Security Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Implement data governance best practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Hands-on experience with Python / R for data analysis (preferred). Good understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work with large datasets and present findings clearly.
