Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 7–10 years of expertise, preferably with a background in Immigration and Real Estate domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating insights, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, and industry databases.

· Translate complex data into clear insights, dashboards, and reports for business stakeholders.

· Conduct market research and data modeling for immigration trends, real estate pricing, and investment opportunities.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies in client acquisition, operations, and compliance.

· Monitor business KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for senior leadership.

· Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models to identify market patterns, customer behavior, and potential risks.

· Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Support automation of reporting processes using BI and data visualization tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

· 7–10 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Immigration, Real Estate, or related industries.

· Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, Advanced Excel, and BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

· Hands-on experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.

· Knowledge of immigration processes, compliance reporting, and real estate market trends will be an added advantage.

· Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Background

· Prior experience in Immigration consulting, visa processing companies, real estate advisory, or property management firms.

· Understanding of global migration data, property valuation, investment trends, and client portfolio analysis

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
