About the Role:

Leadtech is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are passionate about working with data and are eager to take on responsibilities that support both analysis and daily operational tasks. You'll play a key role in turning data into actionable insights while ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution of ongoing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools.

Identify data trends, anomalies, and present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Support management with timely and relevant data-driven recommendations.

Operational Support:

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flow and task execution.

Track ongoing activities and assist in day-to-day operational processes.

Maintain and organize logs, documentation, and status reports.

Respond to team needs efficiently, handling ad hoc data requests and tasks.

Automation & Tools:

Build and maintain reusable Automation frameworks using tools like Python, Java, or any other programming language.

Experience with low-code platforms like Oracle Apex, Power Apps, Mendix is preferred.

Leverage tools like Figma and Canva for visual documentation or presentations.

Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) effectively in daily tasks.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).

Basic knowledge of Python; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or web scraping is a plus.

Exposure to automation, scripting, or low-code development tools is advantageous.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.

Internship, academic project, or prior experience in data analytics or reporting preferred.
