Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in Flutter for mobile app development and Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) for backend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across mobile and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter (iOS & Android).

Build and maintain robust backend services using Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI).

Design and integrate RESTful APIs / GraphQL APIs for mobile and web platforms.

Work with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into high-quality mobile applications.

Implement authentication, authorization, and data security best practices.

Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness of both frontend and backend systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Stay updated with the latest technologies in Flutter, Python, and cloud services.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform mobile app development.

Hands-on experience in Python backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Proficiency in API development and integration.

Good knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deployment pipelines.

Experience with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Understanding of state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in web frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) is a plus.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Prior experience with payment gateways, push notifications, Firebase, or third-party integrations.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
