We are seeking a highly analytical and curious Data Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join our data-driven team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data sets, producing insightful reports, and collaborating with various teams to support business decisions.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support business units
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis
Assist in data validation, integrity checks, and quality assurance
Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to gather requirements
2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
Proficient in SQL and Excel for data manipulation
Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong understanding of data models and relational databases
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM, or ERP data sources
