Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support day-to-day business operations. The role involves analyzing operational and inventory data, developing insightful dashboards, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources within the organization’s ERP systems and other business platforms.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, procurement, and other internal teams to define and refine reporting requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP and business systems.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline data workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and contribute to strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements.
• Work closely with the SAP and ERP teams to integrate and align data reporting with enterprise systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in warehouse, logistics, or marine supply operations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
