Job Description

Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
Location: IT Park, Mohali
Shift Timing: As per UK Shift Timings
Working Days: 5.5 Days

Responsibilities:

Accurately process orders using Transport Management Software (TMS) and maintain corresponding records in Google Sheets and Excel.
Track driver routes to ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads, updating real-time status and delay details in tracking sheets.
Verify order pricing and shipment details in the TMS, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Cross-check and reconcile invoices with shipment and order data to maintain billing accuracy.
Handle customer communication via email, providing timely updates and resolving transport-related queries professionally.
Use Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation to analyze transport data, generate reports, and identify discrepancies or trends.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports on dispatch efficiency, delivery timelines, and overall operations performance.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong attention to detail with basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
