Roles and Responsibilities: Handle investigation, resolution, and reporting of all customer and client-related complaints. Accurately log all complaints into the internal system and ensure they are followed through to completion. Take full ownership of queries and provide prompt, effective resolutions. Escalate unresolved issues or complaints to the Line Manager in a timely manner. Adhere to all policies and procedures related to customer complaints, ensuring they are documented within the "Toolbox" system. Embrace and integrate new initiatives into the customer service delivery process. Ensure all written communication aligns with customer care protocols and any relevant contractual specifications. Represent BJS professionally at all times, maintaining a courteous and respectful demeanor. Job Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism. Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
