Job Opening:1. Customer Service Advisor for Personal Vehicle.2. Customer Service Advisor for Commercial Vehicle.Position Type: PermanentWe are looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team at SVS Automobiles, a reputed Automobiles service Centre.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.

Qualification: Technical Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary : As per Experience

Job Role:
1. As as Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center or contacting us for maintenance and repair inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.2. You will assess their needs, provide expert advice on service options, and coordinate the scheduling and execution of service appointments with our skilled technicians.

3. Coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth service flow.

4. Follow up on service progress.

Requirements:

1. Good Communication.

2. Strong interpersonal skills.

3. Prior experience in customer service in automobile industry.
