Job Title: Road Tester

Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and responsible Road Tester to test-drive vehicles before and after service to ensure quality and performance. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license and a strong understanding of vehicle functions and road behavior.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform test drives before and after repairs.
2. Identify issues like unusual noise, vibration, brake, steering, or suspension problems.
3. Share accurate feedback with technicians.
4. Ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness during drives.
5. Maintain basic records of test results.
Requirements:
1. Valid LMV driving license (mandatory).
2. Knowledge of basic vehicle diagnostics.
3. Experience in handling different types of vehicles.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is an advantage.
