Job Opening: Accounts HeadPosition Type: PermanentSVS Automobiles is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Head to lead the accounts department (Automobile Service). The ideal candidate will oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance, manage cash flow, and support financial decision-making to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, billing, and payments.
2. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of reports.
3. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
4. Monitor receivables, payables, and bank transactions.
5. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
6. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
7. Lead a small accounts team and ensure process discipline.
8. Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the automobile or automobile service sector.
3. Strong knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
4. Good leadership and communication
