Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Head to join our team in Alwar. The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience and be responsible for managing general accounting, TDS & GST functions.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and accounts.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including TDS & GST.
Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to drive business growth.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Supervise and guide a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4-12 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of Tally, TDS & GST, Excel, and good communication skills.
Experience in general accounting, auditing, and taxation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be presentable and possess good interpersonal skills.
Qualification: Minimum Graduate with good accounting skills.
