Role Description

The Accounts Head will oversee the financial operations and account management processes to ensure accurate and efficient execution. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts, overseeing financial planning, leading a team of accounting professionals, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficient in analytical skills and the preparation and analysis of financial statements
Strong foundation in finance and account management principles
Experience in team management, leadership, and collaboration in a professional environment
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA or CMA) are a plus
