Lead Data Analyst
to drive data initiatives and lead a team of analysts in delivering impactful insights. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
Snowflake
,
Sigma BI
, and advanced analytics, along with proven experience in mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to influence business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Analytical:
- Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines and models using Snowflake.
- Lead the development of advanced dashboards and visualizations in Sigma BI to support business decision-making.
- Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and documentation.
- Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to define data requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Leadership & Strategic
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Define and drive the data analytics roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Act as a key liaison between analytics and business units, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish best practices for data analysis, reporting, and visualization across the organization.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Expertise in Snowflake, Sigma BI, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Python, R, or other scripting languages for data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance standards.
- Certification in Snowflake, BI tools, or data analytics is a plus.
