Job Title: Data /MIS Analyst

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Macros, etc.)

 Work with Google Sheets to collaborate on data, perform real-time analysis, and automate reporting.

 Interpret data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

 Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.

Key Skills Required:

 Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, Power Query, Charts

 Google Sheets: Formulas, Data Validation, App Script (basic knowledge is a plus)

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Good communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.

 Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar data analysis role.
