Business Analyst – Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze analytics and reporting requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess functional requirements.
• Work with capability teams to identify required source systems, datasets, and tables.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and design documentation (BRD/FD).
• Partner with data modelers and engineers to build technical solutions.
• Perform

  Functional Unit Testing

  and support

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  .
• Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.
• Support solution deployment into production.
• Ensure

  data quality, consistency, and performance

  within Snowflake.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  .

• 4+ years of experience

  in data analytics or data engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of

  Supply Chain business processes

  .
• Proven experience in

  Analytics-related projects and implementations

  .
• Exposure to

  SAP ERP systems

  (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of

  data modeling concepts

  (HANA modeling is a plus).
• Proficiency with

  SQL queries

  for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to

  BI reporting tools

  .
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) –

  Fluency in English is mandatory

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  .
• Knowledge of BI tools such as

  Power BI

  .
