Data Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The role requires working with large sets of data, interpreting trends, creating reports, and providing actionable insights that support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business needs.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand data requirements.
• Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
• Create predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast outcomes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, visual, and actionable manner.
• Support data governance and best practices for database management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python/R).
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Google BigQuery, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
