Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting decision-making across various departments as we experience rapid growth. Your expertise in SQL, dashboards, and product analytics tools will be instrumental in exploring data, tracking key metrics, and setting up necessary tools for effective measurement. Key Responsibilities: - Data Infrastructure & Management - Maintain and enhance our internal data warehouse and reporting systems - Write SQL queries to facilitate reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis - Design and oversee data pipelines while ensuring data quality - Business Intelligence & Reporting - Develop dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio for product, marketing, and leadership teams - Generate templates and reports for product funnels, cohorts, and revenue tracking - Product & Behavioral Analytics - Configure and manage tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude - Establish and sustain tracking for user actions and product features - Attribution & Campaign Tracking - Verify accurate tracking through UTM parameters and campaign data - Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to validate attribution data - Cross-Team Collaboration - Define data needs by working closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams - Create guides and tools to facilitate access to and comprehension of data Required Skills & Experience: - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related roles within a B2B SaaS company - Proficiency in SQL, including optimizing queries and data models - Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools - Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics platforms - Strong grasp of campaign tracking and attribution concepts (e.g., UTM parameters) - Ability to effectively communicate insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams Nice to Have: - Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt, or Snowflake - Experience in SaaS environments utilizing PLG or freemium models - Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style teams,
