About the Role: Were looking for a creative, data-driven Game Designer to join our team and help build world-class, free-to-play casual mobile games. As a core team member of a new Business Unit at Gameskraft, youll be instrumental in launching and scaling our flagship casual mobile game titles. Youll collaborate closely with artists, engineers, product and live-ops to design engaging core loops, monetisation (IAP) funnels, progression systems and social features that drive retention and revenue on a global scale. Key Responsibilities: Game Concept & Systems Design: Develop and iterate on core gameplay loops, progression systems, reward economies and IAP funnels tailored for casual audiences. Write and maintain detailed design documentation, flowcharts, wireframes and interactive prototypes. Monetization & Live-Ops Design and balance in-game currencies, item shops, sales promotions, events and A/B tests to optimize ARPDAU and LTV.
