Job Description

  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for media and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.
  • Data Management: Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytics outputs.
  • Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, track performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations and forecasts.
  • Media Analytics Expertise: Apply analytics to media metrics (e.g., audience engagement, campaign performance, content effectiveness).
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators specific to the media industry.
  • Partner in creating performance reports for campaigns, brands, channels, etc.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business leaders, marketing, and product teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management and external clients.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance analytics efficiency and impact.



You will fit right in if you have –

  • 7– 9 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles, preferably within the media industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Experience managing a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and data mining.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and digital marketing metrics.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field
