Position/Job Title: Head – D2C
Compensation: Up to ₹36 LPA + ESOPs
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 6–8 years, with at least 10 years as a P&L Head in D2C & Digital Growth (experience in Myntra and other leading e-commerce platforms is mandatory).

Role Overview

We are seeking a D2C Head to drive our direct-to-consumer business and digital growth. This leadership role requires full ownership of the D2C P&L, with a focus on scaling online revenue, building a best-in-class brand experience, and achieving profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the P&L for D2C channels (brand website + D2C-led initiatives).
  • Develop and execute the digital growth strategy across SEO/SEM, performance marketing, CRM, and customer journey optimization.
  • Lead e-commerce partnerships (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and ensure strong revenue growth from marketplace channels.
  • Oversee operations, logistics, tech integrations, and customer service to ensure seamless D2C execution.
  • Drive growth marketing across paid, organic, and owned media, with a focus on CAC, AOV, retention, and LTV.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and merchandising to deliver a high-conversion website and optimized product visibility.
  • Analyze customer insights and funnel data to drive continuous performance improvements.
  • Manage agencies and external partners for marketing, UX/UI, analytics, and tech solutions.

Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of experience in D2C, digital marketing, or e-commerce, with proven success in scaling revenue.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as P&L Head in D2C/digital growth.
  • Hands-on experience with Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset; expertise with GA, Shopify, CRM, Meta/Google Ads.
  • Proven ability to optimize customer journeys, retention, and digital CX.
  • Leadership experience with an entrepreneurial and growth-focused mindset.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Increff, Shopify, WebEngage, ClickPost or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of creative testing, CRO tools, and user research.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
