We’re looking for a performance-driven marketer with a deep understanding of the D2C landscape. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are obsessed with metrics, and love creative testing, this role is for you.
● Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (FB/Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and other relevant platforms.
● Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance daily. Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and continuously optimize budgets and creatives.
● D2C Website Growth: Work closely with design and product teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and overall shopping experience to boost conversion rates.
● Funnel Management: Own the full-funnel journey — from ad impression to checkout — ensuring maximum eciency at each stage.
● Creative Briefing: Collaborate with content/design teams to test multiple creatives, hooks, and formats tailored to various audience cohorts.
● Retention & CRM: Support/lead email marketing, WhatsApp, and retargeting strategies to improve LTV and repeat purchase rate
● Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze performance, generate insights, and present reports with action plans.
● Growth Experimentation: Run A/B tests and experiments across channels and touchpoints to discover new growth levers.
● Market & Competitor Research: Stay updated with D2C trends, new platform features, and competitor strategies.
2–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a D2C/e-commerce setup
● Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and performance analytics tools
● Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and basic attribution modeling
● Experience working with Shopify, Moengage or other retention tool.
● Comfort with creative testing, messaging iterations, and campaign experiments
● Proactive, data-driven, and eager to learn with a “growth hacker” mindset
