Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Windows L3 Support Engineer with in-depth expertise in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory (AD), Internet Information Services (IIS), Plesk Control Panel, and Microsoft SQL Server.The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex infrastructure escalations, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring optimal system stability and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Windows Server & Infrastructure :
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 environments.
- Perform server performance tuning and patch management.
- Ensure OS-level security compliance and configuration.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Configure and manage Windows clustering.
- Administer SQL database mirroring, replication, and clustering.
Active Directory (AD)
- Design, deploy, and manage Active Directory infrastructure (FSMO roles, Sites & Services, GPOs, trusts).
- Troubleshoot AD replication, authentication (Kerberos/NTLM), account lockouts, and DNS-related issues.
- Manage and secure OU structures, Group Policies, and delegation models.
- Plan and execute AD migrations, upgrades, and integrations with multi-site AD and ADC if applicable.
IIS (Internet Information Services)
- Deploy, configure, and optimize IIS 8.5/10 for enterprise-grade applications.
- Manage SSL certificates, bindings, redirects, and virtual directories.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot hosting and performance issues.
Plesk Hosting Platform
- Manage shared and dedicated hosting environments using Plesk (Obsidian, Onyx).
- Handle Plesk upgrades, backup management, license issues, and domain setups.
- Troubleshoot web, mail, FTP, and DNS-related issues via Plesk.
Microsoft SQL Server
- Perform database administration for SQL Server 2016/2019.
- Monitor performance, manage backups, and configure database security (logins, roles, permissions).
- Assist in writing T-SQL queries and debugging stored procedures.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve database-related application issues.
General L3 Support
- Serve as the final escalation point for L1 and L2 teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
- Document processes, build SOPs, and maintain runbooks.
- Provide on-call support for critical incidents.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Technical Skills :
- Windows Server administration (2012/2016/2019/2022).
- Deep expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Strong knowledge of IIS 8.5/10.
- Hands-on experience with Plesk on Windows (Obsidian, Onyx).
- Microsoft SQL Server administration (up to 2019).
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Preferred Certifications
- Microsoft Certified : Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
