Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to build and scale a full-spectrum cybersecurity business- from Advisory to Managed Security Services. This is a strategic and entrepreneurial leadership role requiring deep technical credibility, business acumen. You will define the practice vision, shape the portfolio, and lead engagements that deliver measurable security outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Vision & Strategy

• Define and own the cybersecurity practice strategy, portfolio and multi-year roadmap.

• Establish Saints & Masters as a trusted, vendor-neutral advisor.

• Build repeatable frameworks, methodologies, and IP under the 'Masters Security' brand.

Business Leadership & Growth

• Drive cybersecurity revenue growth and profitability (P&L accountability).

• Form and execute go-to-market strategies with global sales teams.

• Build and lead C-suite engagement, influencing CISOs and business leaders.

• Represent the practice in media, conferences, and industry thought leadership.

Services & Capability Development

• Design end-to-end offerings across:

- Cyber Advisory & Governance (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Zero Trust, Risk & Compliance)

- Architecture and product engineering across multiple leading vendors

- Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM, MDR, Threat Intelligence)

- Incident response, remediation, and security automation

• Build a strong talent bench and partner ecosystem (technology & managed services).

• Drive delivery excellence, quality assurance, and customer success.

Internal Leadership

• Mentor teams and foster a high-performance culture rooted in expertise and integrity.

• Collaborate closely with Cloud, Data, and Modern Work practices to deliver integrated solutions.

Eligibility Requirements

• 15+ years in cybersecurity; 5+ years as a practice leader / business builder.

• Track record of scaling cybersecurity services.

• Deep understanding of multi-vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, Palo Alto, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Splunk, etc.).

• Experience establishing or leading MSSP / SOC operations.

• Strong executive presence with a reputation for thought leadership.

• Ability to develop high-value partnerships and alliances.

• Board-level communication — capable of simplifying security for business decisions.
