Role Overview

DA E-Services Pvt Ltd

• Handle inbound and outbound patient communication with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule appointments for new and existing patients across U.S. time zones
• Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and claims coordination
• Respond to patient queries via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain accurate patient records and system documentation
• Share information on dental services, procedures, and offers
  

• 1–3 years

  experience in healthcare BPO, voice processes, or international customer support

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Comfortable working

  U.S. night shifts

• Graduate in any stream (MBA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.A. preferred)
  

• Fixed Night Shift:

  8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

• Monday to Friday

• Saturday & Sunday Off

• Fixed weekends off
