Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve product or service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver world-class support. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement by identifying patterns, sharing customer insights, and helping refine our processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in turning challenges into positive experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot product or service-related issues and ensure effective resolutions
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to manage escalations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions through CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve overall experience
  • Contribute to FAQs, knowledge bases, and other customer support materials
  • Ensure every customer interaction aligns with our brand values and service standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, client relations, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • High empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools (experience with SaaS or tech platforms is a plus)
  • Fluency in English; other languages (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) are a plus
