Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer (AWS)


Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Infrastructure

  • Design, deploy, and maintain complex architectures on AWS (multi-AZ, multi-account, high availability).
  • Implement and manage

    Infrastructure as Code

    (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
  • Oversee development, testing, staging, and production environments.

  • DevOps & Automation

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Automate deployment of containerized applications (ECS, EKS, Fargate).
  • Improve and streamline build and release processes.

  • Security & Observability

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (CloudWatch, OpenSearch, Prometheus/Grafana).
  • Strengthen cloud security: IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager, WAF, GuardDuty.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, AML/KYC in gaming/fintech).

  • Data & AWS Services

  • Manage complex environments using Aurora, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, S3, Athena, Kinesis/MSK, Glue, Redshift, and QuickSight.
  • Build and maintain real-time data pipelines (Kinesis, Firehose, Lambda).

  • Cost Optimization

  • Audit and analyze AWS usage and spending.
  • Implement cost-saving strategies (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, right-sizing).
  • Develop best practices for cost-efficient and sustainable cloud engineering.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience

    as a DevOps/Cloud Engineer.
  • Proven expertise with a wide range of

    AWS services

    .
  • Strong background in

    cloud cost optimization

    and

    complex distributed architecture design

    .
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases (Aurora, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis).
  • Experience in high-volume environments (gaming, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
