Customer Service Agents

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support to players via chat and email.
• Handle questions related to accounts, payments, withdrawals, and gameplay.
• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious or unusual activity.
• Assist in investigations of fraud cases, chargebacks, and payment disputes.
• Follow internal procedures and compliance standards (KYC/AML).
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the MLRO.
• Contribute to improving processes and building a reliable knowledge base.

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in

  customer service

  , ideally in online gaming, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Familiarity with

  fraud detection

  and/or

  payments operations

  .
• Understanding of

  KYC/AML requirements

  and chargeback handling is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
