Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist (International BPO) for the US Process, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Managing inbound & outbound calls effectively to assist customers - Identifying customers" needs and providing appropriate solutions - Recording all conversations accurately in the database - Meeting personal/team targets set by the company - Engaging in sales activities through cold calling for both outbound & inbound processes - Regularly interacting with US clients to address their queries and concerns To qualify for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Freshers are welcome to apply - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure - Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills - Quick learner with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, along with attention to detail In addition to the base salary ranging from 20k to 40k based on experience and interview performance, the job offers the following perks: - Cab facility available for female employees - Long-term job stability and growth opportunities Please note that the job location is in Panchkula, with working days from Monday to Friday.,
