This role involves handling an International sales US Process, where having excellent verbal (ENGLISH) communication skills is a must. We are looking to hire a significant number of employees and encourage you to share any references you may have. Your responsibilities will include managing both inbound and outbound calls, identifying customers" needs, providing appropriate solutions, maintaining records of all conversations in our database, meeting personal and team targets, engaging in sales through cold calling (voice process for outbound & inbound calls), and regularly interacting with US clients.
