The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products through rigorous testing and oversight. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting audits, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Manager will troubleshoot quality-related issues and provide training to staff on quality standards and procedures. Qualifications Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance Skills in conducting audits and overseeing production processes Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field Experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or wellness industries is a plus
