Role Overview: As a Customer Support Specialist at Cin7, you will play a crucial role in providing unparalleled support to our high-profile customers. Your primary responsibility will be to empower customers to streamline their businesses effectively, contributing to our goal of building the best Customer Support department globally. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via our advanced customer portal (powered by Salesforce) to promptly identify the nature of technical issues in a friendly and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the team to diagnose hardware and software faults or user errors. - Conduct thorough investigations into technical issues or challenges faced by customers using the Cin7 platform. - Communicate customer feedback regarding Cin7 product usage to our global product managers for optimizing product performance and enhancing client experience. - Update customers regularly on ticket timelines and statuses while building customer loyalty and trust through superior technical knowledge and efficient resolutions. - Log queries into the system and oversee their progress and resolution. - Provide advice and guidance to clients to maximize their output from Cin7 products. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably within a software company. - Prior experience in retail, warehouse, supply chain, wholesale, or inventory software is advantageous. - Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills with a focus on delivering outstanding service. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Experience in supporting customers through various contact channels such as chat, email, and phone. - Willingness to work on rotating roster-based shifts, including weekends. - Relevant technical qualification and/or relevant work experience.
