Salary & Benefits:

• International Customer Support:

  24,000 CTC + 2,000 PLI

• Customer Support Associate:

  1,72,000 – 1,84,400 P.A

• Telesales Executive:

  21,000 CTC + Unlimited Incentives

• Outbound Sales Support:

  26,000 CTC / In-hand 22,000 + 5,000 joining bonus for first 2 months + uncapped incentives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum

  12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate

  (Freshers & Experienced)

• Telesales Executive:

  Minimum

  1 year relevant telesales experience

• Outbound Sales Support:

  Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced)
• Excellent to average

  English communication skills

• Experienced candidates must have

  minimum 6 months documented experience in Customer Service

  (for support roles)
• Strong

  customer interaction, listening, and convincing skills

• Clear diction and speech
  

Shift & Working Days:

• Males (International Support):

  Rotational shifts (247), mostly night

• Females (International Support):

  9 PM – 6 AM (cab facility provided)

• Customer Support Associate:

  Day shift (7 AM – 7 PM)

• Telesales Executive:

  Day shift

• Outbound Sales Support (Gurgaon):

  Fixed day shift, 9 hours login, 6 days working, Sunday fixed off
