Job Description

Megaverse is Hiring! Customer Service Executives for Bhopal (MP Nagar & IT Park), Kolkata, Lucknow & Ahmedabad.
Shift Timings: Rotational (9 hours of login, 8 hours working)Week Offs: Rotational (not necessary Sundays)

**Incentives applicable.

Candidates will be responsible to make outbound calls or take inbound calls of prospective customers.
Assess their needs and give them appropriate resolution.
Meet sales Targets as per the process.
